The State Council of Quality has made the decision today.
This council member Arta Jakupi for Periscop said she cannot be declared for media until the meeting is complete.
The “And we are at the meeting, but after the meeting is over, we will go out with an official message in agreement with others and explain everything to”, Jakupi said.
The decision proposed by international experts is set to be adopted at the meeting held today.
After that decision, Mitrovica Public University, Pec University and Prizren University do not have the right to enroll students in this academic year.
