Paper-poroses from Kosovo and Italy: Drug trafficking link between Avdylaj, Has, Sefer and Mehmet laboratory

Two letters of mail arrived by Italy and Kosovo have confirmed to the Rinda Criminals Prosecutor that the Allied Group, the group headed by Hajri Sefer, the group that had established the heroin laboratory in Has, as well as extensions of the drug trafficking network in Fier and Delvine, exercised the drug trafficking activity not only in [...]
These data, which is being translated into the Ministry of Justice and some of which have been presented as additional evidence to the Randa Criminals Court, are the object of a very secret investigation conducted by two prosecutors of the case, Mr. Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prenci.
So far the number of detainees is 74 people, of whom 44 are arrested for narcotics, especially for drug distribution in Albania, for the heroin laboratory in Has, but also other episodes, discovered by wiretapping, which discovered how four criminal groups in the country interacted.
The hearings show how citizen Esat Mehmeti, known as “Cakja”, directed cannabis trafficking through Italy's Seman. Traffic was carried out through swastikas, and in one case, two tons of sativa cannabis were seized. This amount of cannabis has been confirmed through paper-porosis by Italian authorities, where the role of Mehmet is shown, as well as other members of criminal groups.
On the other hand, surveillance also shows the role of citizens Abednego Kuci, also known as the son of Clement Balili's aunt. This citizen allegedly covered the distribution of drugs to the south of the country, mainly in Fier and Saranda, mainly of strong drugs; cocaine and heroin. Kosovo confirms that the 159kg of heroin blocked at the end of 2018 in Kosovo is linked to Hasi's laboratory. The first investigative data shows that this amount of heroin came through Iran's line, through other Kosovo, Turkish and Albanian traffickers, who had managed to install a heroin laboratory. Other letters of interest in the issue are expected to be translated for other traffickers Hajri Seferi, who is viewed as allegedly smuggling 200kg of cocaine, including the Netherlands but also for Great Britain.
