First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli is standing for an official visit to Poland.
Minister Pacolli is participating in the Western Balkans summit under way in the western Polish town of Poznañ, where he was hosted by Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz.
Pacolli on a direct line said that during this meeting, not much has been discussed about the tax imposed by Kosovo on Serbia, but the subject has been visa liberalisation for Kosovars, writes Periscope.
There's not much talk about the tax on Sam, there's not after any highlight of this issue, Pacolli said February.
On the other hand, he says that the presence of Serbia's Foreign Minister, Ivivca Dacic, is a sign showing that Belgrade has changed its approach towards Kosovo and supports visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
” We think it's a visa disk. I just completed a meeting with the secretary of France where we held a long date. She says that as three days ago told in Paris that the doors will remain open and France will reach the truth of the situation. Kosovo feels like a victim to France, and that issue they will examine and I am convinced that there will be a big turn of events here, he added, the Periscope broadcast.
Also, if the Berlin Summit is aimed at practically including Western states and the main condition is not included, the main task is to fulfill the promise to grant visa liberalisation, then the situation is not well. Daciq, with his exposure, says Kosovo should get visa liberalisation, and I see that there is a defact and a softening point on the part of Belgrade and can understand that after barbarous efforts in recent days it has realised that these actions do not last and must be returned to normality, and normality is the acceptance of Kosovo as an independent state and with Kosovo can hold talks because it is a sovereign and democratic state, Bakh Pacolli concludes. /Periscope
