State official suspended having sex in the official car

In the middle of the street and at the moment of the day, a state official stopped for several minutes in the middle of Pristina-Peje Street, near the village of Balinca. The reason this driver stopped there was not so common.

The parked car was spotted by some citizens who were attending the magistrate that day. They filmed the government official engaging in day - to - day sexual relations inside the car that he enjoyed as a luxury from the State.

At the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, they have refused to disclose the name of this official, only say that this car is exploited by Pec's Founding Prosecutor.

They claim that measures have been taken against officials.

KKPA spokesman Bedri Gashi has told the Express that they have made a decision to suspend the exercise of official duties immediately after this case.

The KKP's “Secretariat has taken the necessary action immediately after it was reported on the case, tomorrow, in 19.04.2019, the Secretary General's Director of the Secretariat has made a decision to suspend the exercise of 50 % pay duties up to three (3) months pending a disciplinary investigation”, Gashi said.

But this is not the only case that a state car is being abused. State officials use these cars for personal work.

Yesterday, a 3Z license car containing one of the 70 deputy ministers has been measured on one of the highways until people inside had legs placed on the front of the car.

And despite those cases that are also filmed at the Ministry of Public Administration, they say they have recorded no cases of misuse of official cars.

The Kosovo government, the use of vehicles, had regulated it since UNMIK. There, it was envisioned that official cars could be used only by ministers, deputy ministers, Permanent Secretarys and Booth Chiefs.

This directive also envisions 24 hours of car use for work purposes.
