The powerful storm hit the Halkidiki resort peninsula in northern Greece, causing a tremendous horror and panic among thousands of tourists, including many Albanians.
Recently released images were filmed by cameras in a vehicle traveling on Silata-Callyptia Street, as the storm broke out.
Passengers of the vehicle have told Greek media: “was the most frightening thing we've ever experienced. It all started in seconds, we didn't see anything, and for a moment we thought it was going to blow our car up. Some of the passengers were in panic, so we continued our journey in a storm effort. Fortunately, our driver knew the way. We could have been hit by trees that fell onto the sidewalk, lightning or debris that hit the car. We saved by miracle. ”
The last corpse was found between Sozopol and Nee Kallikratia, six miles from the coast. The lifeless body belonged to a 62-year-old fisherman who had disappeared since Wednesday night.
