Meta's infinite hypocrisy: At the summit ignored by Kosovo as state, requires recognition by Bosnia

Albania's President Ilir Meta ignored neither the Republic of Albania nor the less that of Kosovo in terms of participation in the Sarajevo Summit, responding positively to Milorad Dodik's invitation, Periscope reports. The invitation for this had taken both states, as well as Kosovo and Albania, but both officially refused participation in the summit organised by Milorad Dodik.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci rejected this invitation because of the conditions under which he was invited, which was the presentation of Kosovo with the futurist, which for Thaci was “enigrative asset”, writes Periscopi.
Just a day before the start of this summit, Albania's acting foreign minister, Gent Cakaj, also cancelled Albania's participation in this organisation, stressing that it does so to solidify Kosovo.
But what it looks like for Albanian President Ilir Meta these official responses of the two states matter nothing.
Meta did not reverse his friend Milorad Dodik's invitation.
He participated in this Sami meeting with the heads of the Western Balkan states last night.
During his speech to Sam, he also mentioned the recognition of Kosovo by neighbouring countries, though this declaration seems to be very contradictory when we consider that he ignored none of the decisions he made about non-participation in this Sam.
” Now is the right time that not only Bosnia and Herzegovina should have made all efforts to ensure Kosovo's participation in this Sam, but also any other country to move forward in terms of recognition of this reality. The Republic of Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state and should be treated with respect primarily by its neighbours”, Meta said at the Sarajevo Summit.
That statement was described as provocation by Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabyq, while neither the Summit host Dodik liked those words, as he mentioned the tax to 100 per cent that Kosovo has set for goods to his state.
Ilir Meta's friendship with Milorad Dodik seems to be far more important than his relations with Kosovo, perhaps even more than his country's institutions, whose official decisions he ignored at all.
But, this friendship has not shown only now, Meta, even at the Brdo-Brion Summit held in early May of this year in Tirana, had met split Dodik.
After the meeting he had considered as a valuable contribution the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman's participation in this Sam.
“Trusted for the excellent future of relations between Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina”, Meta had said after this meeting. /Periscopi
