A pair of Russian humorists, who are supposed to co-operate with the secret services, this time targeted northern Macedonia.
Russian circles Lexus and Vovan, Vavan, Vladimir Kusnezov, Alexey Stolalov, have turned Petro Porosenko into the target of Russian jokes on the phone, calling the prime minister of northern Macedonia.
One day in August 2018, Zoran Zaev's phone call rings. A man's voice greets him in English with a Eastern European accent. Mr. Vice President, are you? “Yes, I am. I hope the weather is good in Macedonia”, voice response.
Zaev thinks he's talking to Ukrainian President Petro Porosenko. But in fact he's talking to Russian chains, who call themselves Vovan and Lexus, and actually it's Vladimir Kusnezov und Aleksel Stoljarov. This recorded conversation and two other calls with Zaev, likely recorded in February and April 2019, the two Russians published in YouTube on July 8th.

Vovan and Lexus, both at the beginning of their 30s, have been known for a wide public audience in Russia since 2014, the year that the crime annexation came about. They have mocked people from the field of sports, politics and entertainment, but their number one target has been President Poroshenko, followed by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsenij Jazenjuk. They have even managed to call Senator John McCain, who has already passed away, with the special employee for Ukraine Kurt Volker or even NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
Doubts of Cooperation With Secret Services

The reason why they both replay Poroshenko, although he has been out of office for two months, is not clear. Perhaps the fact that early parliamentary elections will take place in Ukraine on July 21st is also involved, and from what is predicted to have the Porosenko party as one of the largest opposition forces.
