Neither the site where the event took place nor the initials of the persons involved was released during the show to preserve the 18-year-old girl, but these have been included in police reporting.
The man has been arrested for criminal work “sexual or homosexual relations with gender persons or under custody”, predicted by Article 106 of the Criminal Code. Materials for further action will be passed to the Prosecutor at the First Stair Court.
