The interview of former KLA members will take place under suspicion of alleged crimes committed during the recent war in Kosovo, writes news.net.ish KLA participants, will be tried at The Hague by a team of 19 judges coming from different European Union countries.

The same have been selected on the undisputed principle of impartiality and professionalism.

News.net brings down the names of 18 Special Judges and their professional background.

Keith Raynor From Great Britain, he served as District Court in Woolwich Crown of London since 2015. He has tried cases of sexual assaults, gangs and organised crime, drugs, files, money laundering and weapons. Raynor has been the judge since 2005. Raynor has already served as International Prosecutor at the Specialised Prosecutor's Chambers in Cambodia. Raynor has also served as a prosecutor in the Iraqi prosecutor's team, where he has prosecuted crimes committed during 2003-09.

Vidar Stansland From Norway, it has served at the Haalogalland Court in Tromso since 2001. The same was EULEX judge from 2013 to 2016. The same was former legal adviser and later leader of the Norwegian mission in Georgia from 2007 to 2009. He has previously held several positions in Norwegian Prosecution.

Roland Dekkers From the Netherlands, he served as chairman of the Appeals Court in Hertogenbosch. From 2008 to 2017, he has served as deputy chairman of the Appeals Court in The Hague, in the position of chairman of the International Crimes Division. Before he became a judge, Dekkers also worked as a lawyer.

Ann Power Ford, from Ireland, has served as judges at the European Court for Human Rights since 2008 to 2014. It has a 25-year experience in teaching philosophy and jurisdiction.

Antonio Balsamo From Italy, he served as deputy prosecutor general of the Supreme Court in Cassation in Italy. The same one worked as Professor of Criminalistics at Palermo Law School. During 2010-2012 he has also served in the EULEX mission in Kosovo.

Charles L. Smith From the United States, he has served as mediator and arbitrator since 2014. He used to work as Judge. EULEX from 2010 to 2013. As part of the mandate, he was also part of the Supreme Court of Kosovo from 2011 to 2013. Before that, Smith had worked as Judge in Iowa, where he was later elected as the judge there.

Christine van den Wyngaert From Belgium, she has served as a judge at the International Criminal Court since 2009. Also, Wyngaert from Belgium has served as judges in the Tribunal for crimes in the former Yugoslavia. It served there from 2003 to 2009.

Michelle Picard From France, he served as a judge at the Court of Appeals in Paris from June 2013. Even Picard served at the Tribunal for crimes in the former Yugoslavia from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, he served as part of the human rights panel in Kosovo and Bosnia. The same one worked on the Council of Europe.

Thomas Laker From Germany, Germany has been working as judge in Hamburg since 2005. In 2009, he also worked at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe. He also worked at the Hamburg Administrative Court and the Apel in 2000.

Emilia Gatti From Italy, he served as public prosecutor at the Genoa District Court. The Genoa Criminals Court has previously worked from 2001 to 2008. Gatti has also served in the EULEX mission in Kosovo from 2008 to 2010.

Michael Bonlander From Germany, he served in the Specialised Prosecutor's Chambers in Cambodia between 2015 and 2019. Also from 1991 to 2004, he worked at the Thuringia Court in Germany, while dealing with criminal and civil affairs. Bonlander has also served as a senior legal official in the Yugoslavia's Tribunal for Crime.

Kai Ambos  From Germany, he served as head of the Department for International Crimes at the University of Gotttingen in Germany. He served there from May 2003. The same has worked as legal consultant at the International Criminal Tribunal in Yugoslavia.

Kenneth Roberts From Canada, he served as a senior legal official in independent mechanisms in Syria. As a senior legal official, he also worked in the Special Prosecutor's Chambers in Cambodia. As chief of legal policy, he has also served at the Yugoslavia Criminal Court. The same has previously been part of UNMIK in Kosovo.

Mapie Veldt Foggia from the Netherlands has worked at The Hague's Appeal Court since 2010. The same is part of the Special Chambers for Trafficking in International Ogans and Crime. Prior to that, she served at The Hague's first-instance court for international crimes and extraditions.

Christoph Barthe From Germany, he serves as a prosecutor at the German Federal Court of Justice since 2010. At the same event are war crimes and genocide. Before that, from 2009 he served as a public prosecutor in Munich.

Vladimir Micula From Chechia, he served as EULEX judge in 2011. The same used to be part of the Northern Bohemia Court, this region in Czechia. At the beginning of his career, Mikila worked as a lawyer.

Guénawel Mettraux From Switzerland, he has worked as state adviser for procedures at the International Criminal Court, as well as the process of investigations in the International Crime. He has also worked as a consultant in high war crimes and terrorism cases at Yugoslavia's Special War Crimes Tribunal.

Nicolas Guillou From France, he served as chief of the cabinet of Lebanon Special Tribunal from 2015. From 2012, he worked as a prosecutor at the Department of Justice in Liaison, France. Before those positions, he had held several positions at France's Ministry of Justice.

Parmas Anres From Estonia, she served as a judge at the Crime Court in Tallinn, Estonia from 2014. Parmas was also part of EULEX from 2013 to June 2013, from which he also took office at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
