The National Auditing Office report has found that 1m of 166 thousand and 982 euros have been distributed without legal grounds last year.
According to the ZKA, illegally paid 146 thousand and 374 euros for those who have died -- 454 thousand and 779 euros for those who work or earn personal income -- and 565 thousand and 829 euros for persons who benefit from more than a pension scheme funded by the Labour Ministry.
The Auditor Office's data has been released based on comparing the Labour Ministry's data on pension schemes and social aid with Kosovo Tax Administration data and the Civil Record Agency.
