Kusari-Lila: Haradinaj does not have the capacity to guide the dialogue, every time he returned with a scandal from Brussels

Alternative Speaker Mimoza Kusari-Lila has stated that she will vote on the government's collapse motion, since, according to her, this Government for the good of the country and citizens must go home. Kusari in an interview for KosovaPress has also spoken about the ruling coalition, dialogue with the Serbian state, opposition co-operation and the tax imposed on Serbian and Bosnian products.
It has counted some of the reasons why the government led by Ramush Haradinaj must be dropped by motion, while saying that this ruling coalition has no potential to make real state reforms.
“Absolutely. I think it's been too long. We haven't even seen the party's interest, or are we ready or not? I'm noticing that the big parties are making calculations or have held domestic elections, or are they ready, I think Kosovo is necessary, for the good of citizens for this government to go home. It means every day more news about the vagueities they have between them than about any success of the ruling coalition in relation to how the country is governed. We have a constant release of the responsibilities they have, starting with dialogue, economic development, reform in justice, education. We've had a problem with assigning the date when the school starts and when the school ends, or even worse in how the environment is protected, and finally all the audience reports that have appeared for both the ministry and local levels, so many have brought irregularities and mismanagement that it would really have been assumed that they have some potential or capacity to make a real reform of the state, she says.
She says the goal of the ruling parties is to strip as much of power as possible and to extract privileges. According to her, this government has lasted so far due to divisions in the opposition, since according to her whether the opposition would be unified and co-ordinated, much earlier there would be elections.
According to Kusari-Lila, the ruling coalition partners are united only about their interest, and not for pushing ahead the country's interests.
No, they're just united about interest even about extortion. Not another interest in pushing the country's processes forward does not connect these people. We have seen them, even they get ridiculous, they've become ridiculous when the Kosovo Army was voted, now to take credit for, for example, only a Government or only a prime minister for the army is also absurd, that it has been the joint vote of the entire Albanian political spectrum, but also other non-Serb minorities. But you see the scenes when you visit the president in the evening and get dressed in uniform, the prime minister goes in the morning and tries to rob everyone in that flash of the moment that the army is forming has been pathetic. We're also talking about an institution that's a pillar of citizenship that's also necessary and they have a duty to do it, and then we're seeing the state heads' struggle for merit. So we look at each inaugurator, so many have divided and politicized governance in the country as pathetic. You see the Speaker of the Parliament standing close to the Minister of Culture and Health that he has the party and goes to inaugurations of projects which are part of the executive. You see the prime minister staying close to the heads of agencies who report to the Parliament that should be the opposite”, she said.
Kusari has declared that the current opposition may be the future Government only if it is built on the same, common and clear principles.
The future government according to it has a very serious but very serious task. She claims that the future government must realize that with the government it is not only a privilege, it is a responsibility, until it says that without the responsibility of this government it increases the responsibility of the future government.
Today's “Oposor can be the next Government only if it is built on the same, common and clear principles. Not if principles are being built publicly, and privately individual party political opportunism, which means that if the future government with opposition parties today claims that because there are three, four opposition parties should hold 20 ministries, have political appointments, have to lead people to the heads of agencies political people or move through boards. If the next government is going to succeed, it has to be agreed from the beginning... when it has to stop thinking that if it continues with the same then it has the same outcome, and Kosovo day has to be emptied, that if even a Government acts the same as this Government, I don't believe there are any more Kosovar or Kosovo that have a higher preparation, let's say the simplest of a university degree, this side of qualifications that can find work anywhere in Europe, that will be held in Kosovo”, she stated.
If this situation continues, it says it will face a Kosovo depopulation and loss of hope for those in Kosovo.
Kusari has also talked about the Social Democrat Party, which he has said with the help he has given to the Government he acted as if he were the ruling party.
I see it in the opposition, of course they are determined not to take power, but with the help they have given to the Government they have helped as if they were the ruling party. It means, budget voting, participation in the negotiating team and dialogue, the way they have seen it or are positioned to take leadership positions in the dialogue in terms of constitutional values, you can't justify someone and say they have done it only for the good of the country, when it is evident that they have calculated in what the party could to become or empowered on the political scene. I'm thinking it's not too late yet, they have access to reflection and they're probably part of the government's collapse, but maybe a future government”, she said.
As for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, following the Constitutional Court's decision to the negotiating team, Kusari points out that under the circumstances under which the Government is in place today is meaningless to be asked by Prime Minister Haradinaj to lead with dialogue.
“Dialogue is the government's responsibility, while the circumstances under which we have Government today are finding it pointless to go and ask Prime Minister Haradinaj to lead dialogue, or I think he has further space or potential to succeed dialogue. Why am I saying this, I'm saying because every time Prime Minister Haradinaj has gone to Brussels, he has returned with a scandal from there, either in his personal report or in the way he has communicated and presented himself in the name of Kosovo. Now when you have this experience that's been going on, you can't now expect him to succeed in the dialogue, when he himself declared that he couldn't, he didn't have the capacity, sometimes I'm not, I can't control myself or have the access to dialogue. Now when you can't know that you're not even in the prime minister's position, that parliament has determined it, has authorized Government to lead with dialogue”, she points out.
She says that before Kosovo goes into dialogue, there should be structure, topics, objectives and timetables, and if these are not according to it there is no reason to go into dialogue.
The chairman of the Alternative says Kosovo, except that there must be conditions to dialogue with Serbia, should also have a list of topics and goals aimed at getting out of dialogue.
“We within need to have more internal consensus, determine what we want to get out of the dialogue and thirdly go very prepared to Brussels. Without reaching this point, we do not have what we participate in dialogue ... Kosovo is the damaged party and Kosovo should not only set conditions, but Kosovo must have a list of themes and goals aimed at getting out of dialogue. As long as we as Kosovo go unprepared or wait for what others have to show us, where we are the damaged side then we better not go at all.
According to her, Serbia must accept the crimes it has committed in Kosovo, seek forgiveness and must pay for what it has done.
Kusari has also talked about the tax imposed on products imported from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The x-ray has surpassed itself, so it has exceeded its goal because we have failed as a state to set a clear tax target. The original tax, I supported the tax, and said today that it would be much more useful for the country if there were specific targets, means that this tax remains in force until the completion of 1, 2, 3, 4, specific requirements Kosovo imposes on Serbia. Serbia consistently deserves to have a move that reminds it of its behaviour towards Kosovo, whether it be a reciprocity measure, whether it be a behaviour that led Serbia to be disciplined in the face of international obligations it receives. But now, with Kosovo's continued isolation, with the impasse at all levels, that it is no longer the tax that stops Kosovo only from falling into dialogue, the tax is now causing other problems, which Kosovo is returning to, and to other areas that are not to «related only to Serbia, are linked to free movement, with the integration process, with the fulfillment of the other standards we have taken as a commitment to”, she said.
Kusari has also talked about building the Dukagjin highway, which he says is a project that hides great corruption. According to her, a highway that more than half has been penetrated is not a physical project to be built.
As for the veterans' lists, she said all who are involved and for whom there are facts must be punished.
The Kusari for a mandate has led with the Gjakova municipality, but says it will no longer aim to regain the post of mayor.
