Kosovo U20 (M) has scored its first victory at the European Division B Championship, defeating Armenia by a score of 97:40.
Kosovo has dominated from top to bottom, achieving deserved victories. The first Cherech was won by 20:14, while much more convincing were in the second one, winning it 23:10 to go on vacation with 43:24. With total dominance, they have continued in the second half. The third period comes from 23:4 and the last one 31:12, to win in the end with a convincing score of 97:40.
Athik Kostunica scored 22 points, until he also scored Leon Neziri 14, Andy Vrpcani 13, and Merison Ismaili 13. Dardan Kapiti contributed six-point-nine jumps.
Kosovo's next group match takes place against Georgia on Tuesday, while on Wednesday it faces Sweden.
Earlier, the Dardanians had suffered from the Netherlands and Estonia.
