With 10 votes for and 4 against members of the International Court of The Hague had decided in favour of Kosovo, rejecting [the] request....
With 10 votes to and 4 against members of the International Court of The Hague had decided in favour of Kosovo, refusing Serbia's request for violations of international law.
The decision was read by the then president of the International Court of Justice, Hisashio Ovada.
