Increase in accidents, bribery for driver's license, Pristina fights Kosovo altogether

The first day of the month, July 1, shot at being the first day of this coming week. The great burning Jaeger did not stop for a day, and it seems to have been affecting political developments.

Monday began with an extraordinary session of the Parliament, where various pathetic deputies -- from the opposition position -- made a huge deal of compassion for residents of the Presevo Valley. This was another literary watch of this legislature, this time dominated by what the writers call over-sensity.

President Thaci, even through a document, demanded that Presevo Valley be included in dialogue with Serbia. And while the Assembly and the president were deep in their trends, Serbia had insisted on a humanitarian crisis in the north. We were closed in goods shops, giving the idea that the Serb minority had nothing to eat and what to drink. All this was a protest against the 100% firm tax on goods imported from Serbia.

This led Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to take there a couple of trucks as improvised shops, where Serbian citizens could buy what he needed. But no Serb bought a single product. And so, even this game ended just as banal as any other until now: with a little drama that just makes sense, which breaks up like a bubble of soap.

Tuesday was the day when KF Pristina, the country's most glorious history club, which in the 1980s had earned fame by playing in Yugoslavia's First League to major teams like Crvena Zvezda, Hajduk Split, Partizan, Dinamo Zagreb, Maribor, Zeljeznicar, etc. He was defeated by an amateur team named St. Josephs from Gibraltar.

How can such shame be explained?

For twenty years, Kosovo football has not been organised in vertical form but in that horizontal form. Most of the matches were bought and sold. This has made space for the flow of talent and the triumph of the best narrow and wrinkled. We had a total equality. Nameless teams beat them by name. Filan the team came from the second category and became champion in the first category. That was three-four times. KF Ferroic. KF Light. KF Hysey. And someone else I don't remember. Furthermore, the talented good player was equal to that of no talent. And so on, things developed for the worse, in an equality that left us with the worst football in Europe.

Whatever. With this loss, Pristina makes the fight to other Kosovo teams and in general the league, which will suffer in the rank of UEFA.

On Thursday, the American Embassy in Kosovo promoted its new facility, which is said to have cost 250m euros. If it had invested 250 million euros in our agriculture, Kosovo would have seen much more than an object in which they will not have access.

However, our state leaders were also present at the promotion, but it is not known why Prime Minister Haradinaj was left to stand.

He held another meeting with singer Labinot Tahiri on his birthday occasion. Within weeks, this was the third meeting between the singer double.

But on Friday, what had been expected for years and circulated into our society as a major public secret. We all knew, but none of us had the courage to report it as a phenomenon. The Kosovo police conducted it in action on those authorised by the state to equip the country's citizens with patents-visitors. There are doubts based on major abuses and illegal benefits from examiners. It is alleged that as many as 1500 euros have been provided for equipment with a single patent driver.

It is not known why such action took place at this time, since information about these dilemmas was much earlier in state institutions. Perhaps the increase in accidents may be the question. Let us hope that the court process against them will be just and that there will be sufficient evidence of that. /Periscope
