Hyseni is badly criticised by LDK: I don't know how to act as a party. For the mayor, there may be a preliminary agreement.

Democratic League of Kosovo chief member (LDK) -- at the same time former Foreign Minister Skender Hyseni -- has drawn criticism from the current LDK leadership, saying he is not aware of acting as a political party. Hyseni, who has been among President Rugova's closest men, in an interview for Online Economy says [...]
Hyseni, who has been among President Rugova's closest people, in an interview for Online Economics, says the leaders who succeeded Ibrahim Rugova failed to enjoy proper authority, so he estimates that problems are taking place within this political subject.
This is not the time when we had an authority like Ibrahim Rugova, who has easily decided, since everyone has been observing and listening. Today we have another situation and we need to see it. By a massive LDK movement is slipping towards profile as a political party and here I see a small defect in the LDK, because it is not yet used to being a political party, more like a movement as a group”, he says.
While for problems and incidents that have forwarded to the LDK during the internal election process, Hyseni says they have come from the impression that this party will win the elections.
“To The LDK speaks a lot now, and they all talk, and this is a good sign in itself is the indication that LDK is important to this country is irreplaceable even as a political force and as a tradition as an inheritance, any phenomenon that conveys the election process especially at the level of sub-regimes and branches I see as a result of the public impression that LDK is the strongest party in Kosovo and as reflection of the impression that the LDK will win the elections. I believe that he will win the next election, so there is a rush of people at all costs to become part of the” structures, he says.
But he sees this as an excessive enthusiasm that will not harm the LDK.
I see only as excessive enthusiasm nothing else, very subtle desirable and I don't believe it will harm the LDK in the processes we're embarking on. The election process has been completed in all branches. There is only one more important branch left, Pristina's third branch, Ibrahim Rugova's Dega, but I also believe it will be closed in the best possible way, so far we see and do”, he says.
Hyseni did not want to name names about who should be the next LDK chairman.
It does not rule out the possibility of a preliminary agreement on the election of chairman, chairmanship and general council.
We will know who they are or who they are depending on the preliminary actions that will take place do not rule out the possibility of any preliminary, consensual agreement to build stable party leadership structures, as well as chairmanship and the General Council”, he said.
Asked whether he is willing to return to any ministerial post again, Hyseni says he will make the contribution where he asks for the party.
I don't design wishes, pretend to be practical and pragmatic and in the right action to take appropriate action as the circumstances are offered. I have not designed anything concrete everything depends on the circumstances that will create”, Hyseni concludes.
