I've hit him with stone in the head. 21-year-old admits he killed the minor in Fushe Kosovo.

Wessel, a nine-year-old, wrestled after labor, violation after rape, deserting after abandoning, ended in the most tragic way possible, beaten to death. The suspect in his murder, Sefedin Osmani, who apparently sexually violated the new Roma community, has admitted before his investigation that he has [...]
The first sexual, physical, and psychological abuse of the late K. Wessel experienced it at the age of 8.
He and his mother, Makfiren, brothers and sisters, were looking for stuff in containers in different Kosovo neighbourhoods. Just until it was “in his work place” checking through the trash to get some money, K. Wessel was being harassed by a 10-year-old boy from 19 years old named Sefedin Osman.
Rusty, K. Wessel and his mother had reported it to the Kosovo police in January of this year. But Sefedini, now the prime suspect in the murder of the Roma community's minor son, even though he was facing charges of sexual abuse, was continuing to remain in freedom.
Kosovo police in March this year were only dealing with a criminal outcry against the person suspected of carrying out this act.
On January 29, 2019, we accepted information about a case of sexual abuse. Information has been treated by police, then the case has been initiated. On the 15th of April, criminal charges against the suspected person have been filed, and the same case has been prosecuted in the prosecutor”, reported to the newspaper by police.
For more than six months, K. Wessel was being physically tortured and mentally by his neighbor, Sefedini. During this period he had been sexually violated twice.
But the case of the first violation committed during 2018 against 9-year-old Sefedin Osman was not the only one. He was again raped by Sefedini. This time in 2019.
Even during this time, his mother, Makfir, and his son had complained in responsible institutions, seeking help.
In February 2019, K. Wessel along with his mother, Makfiren had spoken about Social Centre manager in Fushesh Kosovo, Bahri Bislim, who was told their plight.
The man from the Social Center, Bahri Bislimi, who has been involved with the family of the late K. Wessel, has stated that the information about sexual abuse that the 9-year-old was experiencing was received during 2018.
With the date 3101.18, we were informed by police that a person allegedly mistreated the child. We went to the police and visited the baby. He's been reluctant to tell about the” case, the case manager has clarified.
K. Wessel, at the time, had rejected it in front of the headquarters employees. But after three months, he had confessed to the Center psychologist by telling her the whole case.
With the date of 13,03.2019, we've invited the psychologist here at the Center for Work. The child did not want to be separated from his mother, but during the psychological hearing, he admitted that he was sexually abused by the suspect”, Bislimi declared from the Centre for Social Work.
But despite these reports of the victim's mother, the State Prosecutor, the case had left the case in regular procedure, and had expected the capture of the suspect, which occurred in July, after more than six months.
During January until July when even the victim died, institutions have not dealt with his safety and well - being.
Fitim Malocaj, who is a lawyer for the alleged murder of nine-year-old K. Wessel told Express that during the investigation interview, his client admitted he had contact with the victim, K. Wessel and that he hit him with strong means but that he did not believe the victim died.
I've been called by police and went to the police station, the department for serious crimes. The person in question is an interview in the quality of the suspect. The police sent him to the prosecution. The prosecution has not yet submitted the request for the detention assignment. During the suspect's interview, he has witnessed the work he allegedly carried out. I hit him with a rock, but I don't have the day I killed him, and he declared his boyfriend's lawyer for murder.
