Haradinaj: On Monday I will hand the letter-hand to the president

Outgoing Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has announced members of the Steering Council and his party's chairmanship of the letter-handling position of Kosovo government prime minister.

Haradinaj stressed that following two court processes in The Hague and France, he has now received an invitation from the Special Court as a suspect at the time of service in the KLA.

I didn't want to go to court as prime minister, because it would be hard for the country, so I offered to resign. On Monday, I will hand over the letter of resignation to the president. It would be better to appoint elections and give the people's mandate for prime minister”, Haradinaj said.

Haradinaj had also resigned from the prime minister's position in 2004, to receive an invitation from The Hague tribunal.
