Government votes bill for Commercial Court

This decision was named necessary for the process of functional reviewing the rule of law sector.

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri argued that the establishment of this court is a result of analyses of the functioning review process of the rule of law sector.

“I propose that the legislative programme be revised for this year 2019, and that the draft for the Commercial Court be included under it. The establishment of this court comes as a result of analysis of the process of functional revision of the rule of law sector. Results of those strongly recommending the establishment of this court. The founding of this court is also in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo, so I propose the adoption of that proposal”, the minister said.

The government has also made the decision that Ismet Jashar's wife, known as the Kumanovo” commanders, Habibe Jashari, is to make retirement payment for 2011-2015, worth 18 thousand euros.

Meanwhile, the government has also approved the proposal for further review of the request for public interest in real estate, business building that are under AKP management affected by the implementation of the project, “Construction of City Square”, in Obilic.
