Government keeps bodies unconstitutional to dialogue alive

The government is keeping the unconstitutional troops alive for dialogue with Serbia. It is doing so through holding the power of a decision that covers salaries and other expenses, whether the state delegation or the Office of the Administrator of the Dialogue, which was set up to work on behalf of [...]
On December 24th of last year, when the Government approved the Bill for the Duties, responsibilities and competencies of the Delegation, you had also made the decision to support this extra-institution body.
The “include financial means worth 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand) euros at the request of the State Delegation of the Republic of Kosovo in the dialogue process with the Republic of Serbia”, said at the first point of the decision. “My windows from point 1. This decision is divided by unforeseen spending... and delivered to the prime minister's office under the cabinet program of the prime minister with a code of 10700 in the expense category Mallat and Service”.
The document tasks the finance ministry and the prime minister's Office with implementing the decision. Therefore, it is still being implemented, even though it has been more than two weeks since the Constitutional Court has published an Act, under which it is unconstitutional to the Bill for the duties, responsibilities and competencies of the delegation, which had been adopted in the Assembly after sponsorisation by the Government.
