1- Prepare the skin from exposure by making a cleanup to remove dead cells and not forget the ecstasy for a uniform tan.
2- If you need to be compiled, whatever way you choose, let your skin relax for at least 24 hours, to avoid undesirable frustrations.
3- Apply protective cream/ventilation half an hour before exposure to the sun to make it effective. Apply it later in the day, if necessary.
4-Stay exposure time gradually: start by staying in the sun for 1 hour, to reach a few more hours, both morning and afternoon. Make your skin gradually familiar with the sun, and remember that it has been covered in thick clothing for many months.
5-Don't be exposed during the hot hours of the day, even if you're young, because turning into a red face is not good at all, so much so that burning doesn't transform like magic into desired tan, otherwise it can cause an ugly skin.
