Controling tire pressure before leaving for holidays will soon be a nostalgic. ”Michelin” and” General Motors” (GM) have joined forces to bring the first airless tyre to the market by 2024. Called “Unique Punctureprooff Tyre System” (UPTIS) they will have an easy and [...] structure.
” Mychelin” and” General Motors” (GM) have joined forces to bring the first airless tyre to the market by 2024.
Called “Unique Punctureprooff Tyre System” (UPTIS) they will have a light and powerful structure that can afford difficult road holes and reliefs.
GM and” Michelin” have also taken into account ecological aspect: a tire that does not explode and is not damaged by the severity of asphalt, allows it to produce less waste.
Finally, U n PTIS, in the final version, will have other characteristics such as” communication” of its conditions with real-time electronic system
