Most of them have expressed concern that even though they have paid the fine their name has figured in the police system, this is because they have not sent the payment card to the police system.
In this regard, Telegrafi has requested a clarification by Kosovo Police, to get more clear drivers what procedures should be followed if they receive any fines.
In response given by the Office for Information and Public Relations, the General Directorate of Pristina Police is described in detail as to how drivers should act.

Also, for any eventual confusion or error we have offered the service while not reluctant to appear even at the nearest police station to get the necessary clarification”, it is said in Kosovo Police clarification.
The police system is also linked to the vehicle registration center, where they have online access to the status of the offense, which includes their payment/editation.
