Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy leader Enver Hoxhaj, in a writing on his account on the social Facebook network, has written that the PDK has made a mistake in entering the coalition with other parties and that his party should lead alone.
According to him, past coalitions have damaged Kosovo's dialogue with Serbia and that the closure of dialogue can only be made by PDK.
“Dialog is the most popular topic for citizens, but more strategic for Kosovo. Its closure serves Kosovo's interests first and foremost. ” wrote Hoxhaj.
He further stressed that the coalitions with the 2014 LDK) and the one with AAK in 2017 were only to complete the dialogue, but that it was found alone. The PDK can finish it.
That's why in 2014 we created a grand coalition to close the major issues of statehood. We did the same in 2017 with powerful political figures to close the dialogue as well, but developments showed that only one government with a powerful PDK and leadership can do such a thing”.
According to him, if The PDK) does not rule with Kosovo, then our country will remain on the status quo.
“On the contrary, Kosovo can remain long on the status quo if in the calendar year 2019-2020 there is no deal” it added at the end.
