Taking drugs worth 100,000 euros, three arrested and booking three houses

Organised Crime Division Director Florie Hajra has shown details about yesterday's Kosovo Police action in Podujevo, where 81kg of marijuana were confiscated.

About 6:30 p.m., the Podujevo-Pristina magistrate, exactly in the village of Luluhan, three suspected cars have been banned, under suspicion of purchasing, distributing and possession of narcotics. In the trunk of one of the cars, eight packs of marijuana have been found, with a total weight of 80 and a half pounds [81 kg]. By order of the prosecutor, three houses have been searched - one in the village of Bajqina, Podujevo, and two in the city of the year. There's nothing in these houses. The value of marijuana is worth about 100,000 euros. Three cars have also been confiscated and five mobile phones”, she said.

While in an action last week in Ferizaj and in Janjevo of Lipjan, 108kg have been seized, respectively.

“On June 24th had been confiscated 108kg of marijuana had been arrested 9 persons at a depot near the Janjevo crossroads, while 55kg were confiscated in Ferizaj and 4 suspected persons” were arrested, Hajra said./Periscopi/
