Researchers from the State University in Washington and Harvard Medical School have shown how drinking two glasses of red wine before going to bed has a 70 percent chance of helping you with the fastest weight loss.
What's even better, is that a chemical agent named éresverol, found in red wine, helps transform the white side (unable to burn) into beigeum - colored perspective.
If you need more evidence that wine is the only diet you need, another study conducted at Harvard Medical School found that this CHAresveratrol helps suppress your appetite.
