At the heart of this festival is a message “our judges showed their love for us and for the rest of our families through the dishes that served at the table. Let's spread this love around the world! ”
The festival is held in “Adem Jashari” Square. Over the course of two days, there will be symposiums, workshops, restaurant corners, the trade fair with food products and drinks by local vendors, games and music.
The aim of the festival is to make an annual meeting for cooks, restaurant owners, carriers, historians, anthropologists, and all those involved in gastronomy floor.
According to organisers, this event is a starting point for co-operation and mutual inspiration, where we will explore our past and share enthusiasm with the rest of the world.
