Sugars cause a lot of changes in our body, primarily increasing insulin production. Sugar food has no nutrition, yet refined foods cause harmful inflammation in our bodies.
The following is a diet that lasts 10 days and allows us to remove excess sugar from our body.
Diet, designed by Mark Hyman, an American doctor, is one of the most effective in this regard. The first thing you need to do is undoubtedly eliminate all sugar and refined flour from your diet.
Not only do they slow down metabolism but they also increase the desire to eat more. Also eliminate soft drinks, industrial fruit juices, tea sugar, or coffee.
Increase the consumption of protein - rich foods that regulate blood sugar and make us feel satisfied for a longer period of time. Eggs, nuts, seeds, fish, and chickens are the ideal sources of protein.
