As TMZ reported earlier, Kathryn Mayorga claims Ronaldo raped him in a hotel room in Las Vegas in 2009.
She also said she met CR7 in the nightclub “Rain Nighclub” at the hotel “Palms” in June 2009, and he invited her to his suite for fun in the hot tub, broadcast Kohanet. There are several photos you see together in Mayorga and Ronaldo that evening.
She had originally filed a report to the police describing alleged crime but did not identify Ronaldo by name.
Mayorga has indicted Ronaldo, claiming he had later accepted a $3375,000 fee in exchange for her silence, but recently she announced she wants to cancel that agreement and has now gone to the police to establish criminal work against Ronaldos.
In the court's documents, Mayorga described the attack... saying that while he was changing clothes into his suite, “Randado went into a naked bathroom and asked him to do sexual acts”, writes the TMZ. Mayorga had refused and wanted to leave, but Ronaldo “has forced him into the bedroom and tried to have sex with him”.
Ronaldo has denied all these accusations and said that the “rape is a disgusting crime that goes against everything I am and I believe”.
Now, Clark County Attorney's Office has made a decision not to prosecute quite yet, claiming that <x)acuz for rape against Cristiano Ronaldo cannot be proven beyond a reasonable suspicion”
