Should you brush your teeth every night before you go to sleep?

If you ask yourself whether it is a good or bad habit of brushing your teeth only once a day and if you sometimes sleep without brushing your teeth, that is what experts say is true.

It's a big no. A dentist even says going to bed without brushing your teeth is like going to bed with shit. This is an extreme analogy, but it shows that at dinner you have a considerable variety of bacteria that have been collected there by day's food.

These bacteria also form layers, resulting in problems with teeth and gums. Food waste contains a lot of acid, which, as it is known, destroys the tooth enamel and leads to root decay and other damage.

The American Dental Association recommends dental cleaning at least twice a day and one of these times is before bedtime. Tooth brushing eliminates bacteria and prevents many dangers from collecting them. Dentists recommend brushing your teeth when you wake up and before you sleep.

If you have a bad habit of sleeping without brushing your teeth or being lazy, try keeping a dental thread near your bed, or a toothbrush (scrusted, clean). It's better than nothing.
