America arrests 11 people for drugs, operation names Kosovo

Special agents of the Agency for Migration and Customs and Homeland Security Investigations in the United States have worked together with Puerto Rico police officers, arresting 11 people for drug trafficking and illegal possession of weapons. According to the Agency for Imigration and Customs announcement, Operation “Kosovo” has come as part of the investigations that were made from May to November 2018. Arrested criminals distributed cocaine, heroin and marijuana to the Villa Evangeline district in the municipality of Manati. Now 14 suspects now face charges of possession of illegal weapons and drug trafficking.
The people arrested are:
Louis Ortega-Lugo, known as Chembo
Ayero Ayala-Crespo, known as Jero
José Tobar-Oterao, known as El Visco
Josué Arroyo-Ayala, known as Deiby
Jessie Rodríguez-Lugo, known as Chicky
Xavier Rivera-Santiago, known as Payco
José Antonio Flores-Tores, known as Chory
Adalberto Quiles-Negrón, known as El Berto
Juan Laurano-Moranda, known as Juncanhy
Jan Paul Quiñones-Majica, known as Menor
Jeremy Torres-Rosario
Three others remain on the run. Those arrested at Operation “Kosovo” will now appear before the court on July 23rd and July 24, 1: 00 p.m.
Assistant prosecutor David Henek has demanded that the accused be sentenced to minimum five years in prison until life imprisonment.
