AKP announces sale of 137 assets

The list of tenders for sale privatisation contains 137 social enterprise attractive assets in the Republic of Kosovo, which present an excellent opportunity for expansion of business or new business initiatives in our country, reports Ksp.

The agency has announced that it has simplified more bidding procedures with changes made to the tender rules, enabling relief for the bidding process.

The new tender rules apply to this wave of asset sales and bidders should apply with new procedures while also published on the Agency's website: www.pak-x.org. The bidders can also visit the AKP offices and be directly notified by officials responsible for the new bidding procedures. This wave of sales with all tender assets has been approved at the Board of Directors, while the AKP has previously announced all relevant municipalities that these social companies' assets will be privatised and announced for tender on its website www.pak-x.org and in the written and electronic media. Closed offers for the following units/assets should be submitted to “The conference hall " Grand<x2" -- in Pristina on 21 August 2019 -- from 10:00 d'clock in the hour of the wind, accompanied by supply deposit and bidding fees, as scheduled for each article. And the opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30”, says the announcement.
