Actuals against 19 persons for smuggling with goods, forbidden trade, and customs evasion

According to the indictment, defendants, as an organised and structured criminal group, deliberately and with the aim of illegal property gains, have consistently smuggled goods from the Republic of Macedonia, through mountain roads, into different parts of the Republic of Kosovo, with cerrasts during the transport of goods, used various vehicles as watchmen for the security of roads used during smuggling, where they have thus damaged the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo budget, Customs and the Kosovo Tax Administration, at around 350,000. ($5000).

By these actions, defendants J.I., F.I., Mr.M., N.S., B.S., H.S., A.B., M.B., I.J., U.J. and J., have committed criminal acts: The taking or organising of the criminal group from Article 283 paragraphs 1 related to criminal acts, Shrmagia from the payment of mandatory customs tariffs from Article 318 paragraph 3 and the forbidden trade from Article 305 paragraph 3 and 2 regarding KPRC paragraph 1.

Also, defendants D.B., A.I., H.A., G.Z., R.B., A.D., and J.M. have committed criminal acts: The taking or organising of the criminal group from Article 283 paragraphs 1 related to criminal acts, Shrmagia from the payment of mandatory customs tariffs from Article 318 paragraph 3 and the forbidden trade from Article 305 paragraph 3 and 2 regarding KPRC paragraph 1.

While defendants J.M., A.D., G.Z., D.B., A.A., H.A., and R.B., as various economic subjects, have also committed criminal acts .Shamagia from the tax of 313 KPRK, who, with the aim of avoiding tax payment and income from its circulation, have not included all information about its income.
