At the session at the Pristina Foundation Court, the prosecution has sought detention for some of them, but the decision is expected to be taken Monday.
During the hearing held Sunday, prosecutors of suspects have rejected the provision of security sought by the Prosecutor.
According to family members of the arrested who have not wanted to speak to the camera, their relatives have nothing to do with this, KTV reports.
23 people, 16 of them officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure, were arrested Friday during a major Kosovo Police action and they are suspected of misusing official office and taking bribes.
The detainees allegedly allowed interested persons to be equipped with driver's license without entering the test, accepting bribes of 400 to 1,000 euros.
