Through a communique, police announce that the suspect was arrested Tuesday evening.
“The case reported by 11.07.2019 initially has been named as the suspicious “death “, while following investigative and operational actions and by order of the state prosecutor, this case has been requalified as a criminal act “severe homicide””, it is said in the communique.
It becomes known that S.O, suspected of criminal activity “serious murder”, by order of the competent prosecutor has been interviewed in the presence of the defence attorney and after the interview has been submitted to the maintenance for further legal procedures.
