Wessel has also asked the guests that Germany and France must make a quick and fair decision on visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens, while stressing that Kosovo will not accept any other conditions after fulfilling all criteria.

While talking about the Paris Summit, which is expected to be held on July 1st, Wessel has said he expects a clearer guide after the Paris Summit on all issues.
“Any final Kosovo- Serbia must be based on the Kosovo Constitution. We will not accept association with executive competencies and agreements that violate Kosovo's sovereignty”, Wessel said during the meeting.
During his meeting with the Franco-German delegation, Chief Parliamentary Veselin has also spoken of his initiative forming the International Tribunal for the Serbian genocide in Kosovo.
He has said thousands of innocent civilians have been killed and massacred by the paramilitary forces of the Serbian state, and even after 20 years justice has not judged criminals.
So, as learned from sources within the meeting, the head of the Assembly has said that the Tribunal is inevitable and will occur, while stressing that justice only contributes to lasting peace between the two peoples and the Western Balkans.
