The trial against him is expected to begin in September this year, writes AFP, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
Weinstein is accused of raping two women in 2013, and the other incident is that he allegedly forced another woman in 2006 to have oral sex with her. If convicted, he is in danger of being punished eternally because there are also dozens of women who have accused him of harassment.
Weinstein's first lawyer, Benjamin Braufman, was withdrawn in January, after the famous director hired two high profile defenders Roland Sullivan and Jose Baez.
But they both withdrew afterwards. Now it is not known whether the preambled judgment could be postponed or not because of problems with lawyers.
