A light walk in the evening may be better for you than its practice in the morning, two new studies say finally.
In mouse research, scientists said that the performance of training was about 50 percent better during evening hours.
The nighttime hosts needed less oxygen, making them more efficient and having higher levels of a body substance that increased the metabolic activity of the tissue.
Teams from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot in Israel and the University of California, Irwine Have said that their studies are among the first to prove the theory held during that one day has an impact on exercise productivity.
Such a study, they say, also offers evidence in people who are healthier than those in the morning.
