Vjosa Osmani for the secret meeting in Berlin: Who is discussing these subjects

Periscope earlier several days had reported that Kosovo's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Avni Arifi, has committed flagrant violations of foreign affairs ministry diplomats' regulations with his going to Berlin.

Arifi has neither respected the Foreign Affairs Ministry Circle nor left any temporary charge of work in the United Arab Emirates.

He has not even announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the obligation that every chief of the diplomatic mission has, and every diplomat accredited in any host country, who cannot leave that country without the approval of the Secretary-General and MPJ Cabinet.

Practically, with his secret going to Berlin, Ambassador Avni Arifi has closed the Kosovo Embassy in the United Arab Emirates./ P ERISCOPI/
