A cardiologist had heard about some people in a village in China who had never been affected by diseases and had the largest life expectancy in the world, he decided to visit and take on their secrets.

This village is called Baapan, and it's located north of China. Approximately 1 in 100 people in this village live until the age of 100. They are active all the time, healthy and happy. The doctor, who visited this village, was diagnosed with an auto immune disease, had high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure. As time went by counsel and instruction, which he had received from these people, he is now 50 years old is much healthier and these problems have almost disappeared.
