A new study shows that intelligent people tend to be lazy.
The data, which comes from an American study, thus supports the idea that high-level intelligence people are more frustrated and spend more thinking time.
As active people stimulate their mind with external activities, not giving themselves too many thinking opportunities.
Scientists at the University of Florida gave a group of students a test asking them to assess statements such as: “I love working on a job that requires solutions to problem” and “I think as much as I need”.
Scientists later divided the students into two groups, writes Tvclean. During the following days, the two groups kept a device on the wrist that calculated their movement and physical activity.
The data showed that those who thought more were far less active than the rest.
Experts believe, however, that less active people, regardless of how intelligent they are, tend to live a sedentary and less healthy life.
