According to him, history has shown that the first 20 years of bombing were to end violence and enable refugees to return to their homes.
Stoltenberg also added that KFOR has assisted for a safer environment in Kosovo for all indiscriminately, including Serbs and other communities living in Kosovo.
“E knows that NATO still causes debate in Serbia. It's very difficult for those who have lost loved ones. Every innocent life that has been lost is a tragedy, and we regret it”, Stoltenberg said, follows “Balkaneu”.
