Such is the case of Jurgen Goxha, Tirana's defender, who, with an insulting and totally unacceptable language, addresses Kosovars, broadcasts Periscopi.

Such language is completely unacceptable to any Albanian against any other European citizen, much more serious for the Kosovo Albanians.
