Special Department judges appointed at Foundation and Appeals

The commission for selection of judges in the special department, appointed under the regulation for organising and functioning the special department under the Constitutional Court in Pristina and the Court of Appeals, has made the recommendation of judges in the special department at the Constitutional Court in Pristina and the Court of Appeals.
According to one communique, the Kosovo Judiciary Council approved the commission's recommendations, and voted for each candidate recommended by the commission.
For the Special Department of the Founding Court in Pristina, the Council appointed these judges Valbona MUSLIOWIE, Valon Cprey, Arben HOTI, Albina SHABANi quite RAMA, Musa KONGJELI, Shadie GURGUR.
Following the Council meeting, they voted for each candidate recommended by the Commission for the Special Department of the Court of Appeals, and appointed these judges, Kreshnik. RADONIC, Vaton DRUTI and Burim ADEM.
Supreme judges, scheduled for July 1st, will begin work at the Special Department of Courts.
In addition, the Council under the regulation appointed taskkeepers for the head of the Constitutional Court in Pec, Sami Shardaku, the judge, deputy judge of the Court, while at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, the court's task officer appointed Nikolla Komani, the judge, the judge of the court.
This appointment of mayorial tasklors to the respective courts will last until the appointment of chairmans of the Supreme Courts.
