For a good sleep, it is very important to know what to do and what not a few hours before going to bed.
The following are two things that can adversely affect the quality of sleep if you do them in the evening hours:
Meat
It is preferred that you eat snacks while you sleep if you do not want the meal to disturb your sleep. A lack of protein in the body is often intensive labor, while the body is in a different state preparing for rest.
Very tight underwear
Close clothes hinder sleep, leading to an increased body temperature and reducing serotonin levels. Comfortable pajamas, things and cotton are recommended. Close clothes can also slow down blood circulation or any numbness as easy as possible.
