A post by US congregator Tim Burchet, in Titter calling Serb criminals filthy has upset a group for US support of Kosovo.
“The Kosovo project” is an American-based group seeking to represent persecuted Serbian Orthodoxs.
They have created a petition on Chang.org urging President Donald Trump and Congress to withdraw support for the Albanian leadership. The petition has over 51,000 signatures.
The group was based on this Burchet post, which said war crimes in Kosovo were committed by the dirty Serb “” in the 1990s.
Burchet made these comments in Titter after meeting with former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga.
“really a wonderful and passionate person talking about these dirty people in Serbia and their war crimes, especially sexual crimes against people and the terrible rapes that happened there”, he said in the video.
They're disgusting people and they're all trying to do something to bring them to justice”.
On Tuesday, the group's petition “Kosovo Project” that the post filled with hatred by Burchet ignores crimes committed against thousands of Christians and other minorities and shows that it supports this practice.
“Burchet has shamed the United States by joining the criminal regime in Kosovo, which continues to commit these crimes against humanity”, the group said in an email statement.
“Calling a ethnic or religious group like the dirty “” is unacceptable and deserves public punishment”.
Later Tuesday, Burchett backed his comments and his support for Kosovo.
It is clear that not all Serbs are bad people, but it is a fact that Serbia allowed genocide and rape against the Kosovo people in the 1990s, regardless of their ethnicity, they are dirty”, Bruchetgroup responded in a statement.
