The Mermaid ship transported tourists of South Korea when it crashed into a sailing ship and sank, causing the death of 20 people.
Eight others continue to remain missing.
Before Mermaid is fully removed, divers will enter the ship to see if there are troops trapped inside, officials said.
Rescue efforts were hampered in recent days by high water levels caused by rains.
The captain of the sailing ship was arrested under suspicion of careless behavior in water traffic. /rel/
