Elections expected to be held tomorrow will be the first without opposition participation in almost 30 years of democracy, following the fall of the communist regime.
Meanwhile, Republika President Ilir Meta, after decoupling June 30th as the default date for holding establishments, decreed two days ago 13 October as the constitutional date.
However, Rama said there will be elections.
