Summer came up. Even though June began to rain, temperatures rose rapidly, catching up to 39 degrees Celsius.
Here you will find some advice on how to cope and protect yourself from the hot heat.
Let's get out of the house in the hot hours of the day, 11.00 hours.
Wear easy, wearing cotton, wide clothes, and open colors, both at home and when you leave home
Keep hat, umbrella, and glasses on your head when you go outside
Keep the house as fresh as possible. Open the windows early in the morning and late in the evening.
Keep your windows closed during the day
Home temperatures should be kept at 25-27 degrees and never more than 5-6 degrees outside.
Avoid potential electricity
Refresh from time to time with fresh water, taking a shower, or getting wet with a pillow to lower your body temperature, in your arms, your neck, your forehead.
Drink enough fluids or water at least two quarts [2 L] a day
Avoid alcoholic beverages, plenty of sugar, or caffeine
Consult light meals with high water content, such as vegetables, fruit
Cook and Food Safety
Avoid strong physical activity, especially in the hot hours of the day, 11- 17
Take care of your children, the elderly, the sick, or even the lonely.
