The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of War crimes, has filed charges against the defendants with initials B.G., for criminal acts “heavy murder” by Article 179 paragraph 1 in advance. 1.3, “attempted assassination” by Article 178 regarding Article 28 as well as “keep ownership, control, unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
According to the indictment, on the date 17,03.2019 in the village of Studenxan ʹSunka, the accused following a preliminary dispute over property issues, deliberately deprives family member I.G. of life, in a way that enters the doors of the K.G.'s court, with a pistol-revolve of the HS-9th mark. Nine hundred and twenty-nine meters to I.G., and after shooting the deceased I.G., the injured escaped into the house, where the accused starts following him in the back.
Meanwhile, damaged N.G., after hearing a noise, opens the door to the house and sees B.G., who shot at it and wounded it in the upper region of the abdomin. The defendant continues his pursuit by entering the hidden chamber of the late I.G., and shooting at him four times in different parts of the body, causing wounds from the fire weapon, which comes to the death of the deceased I.G.
The accused, located in custody from the 1703.2019, and the prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment, has proposed to the court that the accused be convicted and be convicted under the law of criminal acts that are placed on him.
