According to the press release, Librazd Police based on film footage and service reports have arrested 7 persons for criminal acts of “Organising, participating in gatherings, illegal manifestos”, and “Peging the circulation of transport tools “Pegim of electoral subjects”, namely:

A.B., 53, by Elbasan (former DP deputy);
A.K., 43, by Prrenjas;
E.G., 32, by Librazd (PD Secretary, Librazd Branch);
) D.B., 47, by Sternman, Cyril;
) L.O., 31, Piscashi;
B.C., 54, from the Bookyard.
Police claim that criminal proceedings in the wild have also begun, for the same criminal acts, for 16 other citizens.
The arrest and prosecution of these persons took place after the day 13,06,2019, around 6600, these citizens have gathered on the national road to the entrance of the town of Liberdez to the Perrenja intersection and have subsequently attempted to block the National Elbasan ébash route, at the entrance of the town of the Bookset, preventing the prime minister's escort and hit the escort with solid perotechnic explosives.
